Chapter 5 features a double dungeon, the forest north of Falthemnar, and the dark forest further north. At this point, all characters have been realized, although they are not yet tweaked. There are a few name changes for this version.

Falthemnar
The story continues immediately after player decided to enlist Valadin's aid. After the event, player will recruit Karth and Izahra.
Karth is a speedy character, focusing on relentless attack against an enemy, while Izahra a tanker. With Izahra in party, player can utilize Valadin as a damage dealer.
Northern Forest (Falthemnar Fenlands)
The Northern Forest is a relatively small dungeon, serving as a hub between Falthemnar and the Dark Forest. At the end, a boss battle against Alphyn the Electric Beast took place. Like all the previous boss, Alphyn is no pushover, especially since Valadin is weak to thunder. It boasts clock up ability, which increases his turn ratio.
After the battle, Karth and Izahra will leave party. Karth will create a shortcut should player decided to resupply to town.
Dark Forest (Misty Moon Labyrinth)
The dark forest features the same aura as the Atoll of Sorrows. Player must navigate until the find an accessible elvar gate. Being hard as it is, the dungeon will not feature Maximum HP reduction.
Another Alphyn will attack. This is a scripted battle since in no way a Valadin and Ellanese alone can fight the Alphyn, even though system wise it is the same Alphyn. Player will be teleported to the enchanted side of the forest. This is different than the original script in which Valadin and Ellanese jumped off a cliff into a swamp (which would result in death).
The first appearance of Eizen. Different from the script, Eizen is only protected by a barrier instead of a boss. However, the boss will come much later when Valadin decided to come there.
The chapter ends after Ellanese explained the identity of the incarcerated man and Valadin wanting to discuss with the elders in Sanctum.
Other System Changes
- All magicks has been impelemented.
- Eizen's moveset have been implemented.
- Weapon-based skill addition have been implemented.
- Accessory have been impelemented.
- Valadin and Laruen's skillset has been reworked in order to enable damage prediction.
- Damage prediction have been implemented.
- Bug regarding Ellanese's Illusory Bloom to increase damage taken as opposed to decrease it has been fixed.
Further system-based tasks:
- Tweak Karth and Izahra's Moveset.
- Complete Tellsier.
